JIB Crane
The jib crane boom is fabricated out of a steel "S" or "W" shaped I beam and have removable end stops. A machined lower roller carriage is housed in the jib crane head section which features heavy steel side plates. The lower roller carriage is mounted on adjustable tension bolts to allow for field adjustments.

BOOM - has channel cap when length exceeds 12 feet for lateral stability and reduced twisting.
TOP BEARING - 10,000 hours average life sealed in weather and dust proof steel housing with pressure grease fitting.
COLLECTOR RINGS - continuous uninterrupted 360º rotation. Air swivel rotation also available.
HEAD - structural construction & rigid reinforced steel plate minimizes deflection.
BOOM LEVELING - accurate adjustment when required for load deflection.
LOWER ROLLERS - precision heavy duty bearings on hardened, ground axles.
WEAR RING - standard on all 400 Series motorized rotated jib cranes.
FULL PLATE GUSSETS - rigidly support base plate connection to heavy wall column.
